Sip to Your Health on National Coffee Day

You’ll want to grab a cup of coffee or brew a new pot for this one—September 29th is National Coffee Day. Science tells us so many good things come from our favorite morning brew. For instance, studies have linked your cuppa Joe with lowering all sorts of chronic conditions (i.e., cardiovascular disease and type II diabetes). While further findings attribute habitual coffee drinking (4 or more cups per day) with warding off a specific protein responsible for Alzheimer’s disease. So take a sip and cheers to #NationalCoffeeDay
