1. Light on Calories, Heavy on Nutrients

If you’re looking for a healthy snack, there aren’t too many choices that can deliver a better calorie to nutrient ratio. Heathline.com says just a single 11-ounce raw cucumber has 14-percent of the reference daily intake (RDI) of vitamin C; 62% of the RDI for vitamin K; 10% of the RDI for magnesium; and 13% of the RDI for potassium.

Meanwhile, that same 300-gram cucumber (unpeeled) has no fat, 11-grams of carbohydrates, and just 45-calories, adds the source.
